DeRozan is one of the best scorers of this age, yet he’s never discussed in the same breath as LeBron James, Kevin Durant, or James Harden. Now, DeRozan isn’t quite on that level, but when everything is said and done, he’ll have a strong case for the Hall of Fame.

The majority of that money came in the previous six years. DeRozan signed a five-year, $139 million deal with the Toronto Raptors in the 2016 summer, making it the second-largest contract in NBA history at the time. He only stayed in Toronto for two more seasons, but he made more than $50 million during that time.
The balance of DeRozan’s deal was earned with the San Antonio Spurs. He inked a three-year, $85 million contract with the Bulls after being traded to them this summer. He’ll have earned more than $257 million in 15 seasons by the time his current deal expires.
